Creating a Template

You need Manage Messages to use the /template menu command.

Open the Dashboard

Use the /template menu to open up the in app dashboard.

Select a Collection

User Templates are yours across servers.
Server Templates belong to the server and anyone with permissions can send them.

Button and Dropdown roles can only be added to Server Templates.

You need to own a template or have the Administrator permissions to edit or remove someone else's template.

Create a Template

Create a template by clicking on the create button. Select which type of template you want to create.

Plain Text: As the name suggests, simple plain text. Still Components V2 so you can add Buttons and Dropdowns freely (at the cost of links not embedding).
V2: Components V2, this is what the bots responses are. What makes it unique is that you can place buttons, images, and separators freely.
Embeds: Simple embeds, limiting but this is what most bots use.

Once you're in the editor
