Auto Responder
Automatically reply to messages that contain a trigger word
You can setup an autoresponder in the /autoresponder menu, by clicking Create. Give it a name, one or more triggers, and select a template or just plain text. You can also quick add an autoresponder with /autoresponder add.
Match Type
The trigger can appear anywhere in the message.
Example: hello matches hello, say hello, and hello there.
Wildcard matches a pattern. * is any text, ? is one character.
Example: welcome * matches welcome here but not welcome. ok? matches oki and ok! but not ok or okay.
The whole message has to be exactly the trigger.
Example: helloonly matches hello, not hello there.
Case Sensitive is off by default.
Response
Set the reply under Responseas plain text or a template. If you need help creating a template, visit this link. Variationslets you add up to 5 extra replies. When a trigger is said, Kuyo picks a random variation.
Actions
By default Kuyo replies to the trigger message. From Actions you can also delete the trigger, ping the author, DM them, open a thread, change roles, add reactions, or make the reply delete itself after a delay.
Each responder can use up to 3 action points. Turning actions on spends from that budget. Reply is free. Ping is half a point. Everything else in the table below is 1 point (reactions cost 1 per target you turn on).
Each responder can use up to 3 actions points.
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Reply | 0 |
| Ping Author | 0.5 |
| Delete Trigger | 1 |
| DM | 1 |
| Role | 1 |
| Open Thread | 1 |

| Reactions (trigger) | 1 |

Filters
You can choose from channels, categories, roles, members, links, and attachments.
Allow: Only messages that match the filter trigger a response.
Ignore: Messages that match the filter do not trigger a response.
And: Every filter you set has to match. If you allow two channels and a role, the message has to be in one of those channels and from someone with that role.
Or: Any match is enough. If you allow two channels and a role, the message counts if it's in an allowed channel or from someone with that role.
Priority
Prioritydecides which autoresponder runs first when more than one trigger word is in a message. Lower numbers run first.
In Settings,** Multi Fire** lets up to 2 autoresponders reply to the same message. With it off, only one does.
Other settings
First Time Only means each person only gets the reply once.
Quiet Hours sets a start and end hour when the autoresponder should not trigger.
Automod Rules can trigger an autoresponder off a Discord automod rule, instead of or as well as text triggers.
